She specialises in transactional construction matters advising on all aspects of construction contract drafting and negotiation. She has expertise in assessing and advising on responsibility for construction risk both during and after the construction period and in putting in place measures to mitigate such risks. Claire has regularly acted for banks and other finance sector clients, higher education institutions, private development funds, transport providers and government departments.
