Tracey Spence is a Principal  Associate in our Financial Services Dispute Resolution team. She heads up a professional negligence team for a major leading financial institution - she runs a team of 15 dedicated professional negligence lawyers and places particular emphasis on securing recoveries through innovative use of alternative dispute resolution.

She qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has over 14  years' experience of dealing with professional negligence claims. Tracey specialises in professional negligence litigation including claims for negligence, breach of contracts as well as fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. Tracey has particular experience in complex and group claims against solicitors and valuers. She was heavily involved in the litigation arising from the property recession in the 1990s.

Tracey is a strong advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution which she and her team have used regularly and effectively over the past years.
