Elizabeth is a principal associate in our real estate group. She advises on all aspects of non-contentious real estate work, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, portfolio management and development transactions. Elizabeth advises a broad range of clients, including corporate occupiers, educational institutions and institutional investors. Her practice encompasses the entire life-cycle of property assets, from acquisition and development, through to portfolio management, lettings, re-gears and disposal. Elizabeth has a long-standing involvement in the education sector and advises further and higher educational institutions on all aspects of their occupational premises. Her recent experience includes advising institutions on complex campus redevelopment projects, income-strip forward-funded student accommodation projects, the disposal of surplus estate to developers, joint ventures and the real estate aspects of commercial collaboration agreements. Elizabeth is an active member of the multi-disciplinary student accommodation sub-sector team and has delivered training and contributed articles to clients on the terms of student accommodation contracts.
