David is a Legal Director in our Real Estate practice group and his practice encompasses real estate investment work within the retail, industrial, office and pensions sectors.  He has particular expertise in acquiring, managing and disposing of portfolios of properties for large corporates.

David has day-to-day management responsibility for the firm's relationship with a fund which owns a retail property portfolio of over 600 stores.  He is also instructed by one of the largest owners of industrial property in the UK, in relation to the property holdings on its industrial estates.

David manages the Cardiff office's relationship with an international pension fund which he advises in connection with the acquisition of commercial properties into Self-Invested Personal Pensions.

Finally, David acts for one of the UK's largest property companies which has over 8,000 properties in a portfolio worth in excess of £2.4bn.

David is our Cardiff office's pro-bono representative.
