Tracy is a Senior Associate in our Human Resources group. She specialises in employment law and has been engaged as Client Training Manager and Content Author since March 2009.

Tracy worked for the Department for Trade and Industry for six years prior to commencing her law degree. She qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and subsequently advised employers, within both the public and private sectors, on the full range of employment law issues.

From 2003 onwards, Tracy was one of our team of dedicated HR Training and Development Lawyers. She has therefore been trained in presentation skills; training needs analysis; learning theory; training objectives and design; participative methods; motivational techniques and course evaluation.

For five years, Tracy delivered the training courses which form part of our "Working Within the Law" programme. She was a regular presenter at Eversheds' seminars co-delivered with other Eversheds' practice groups and external organisations such as ACAS. In addition, Tracy gained significant experience of designing and delivering in-house employment law training for Eversheds clients.

In her current role, Tracy is responsible for authoring the training materials for Eversheds' ongoing programme of UK employment law courses. This involves liaising with Eversheds and external speakers to determine the scope and format of the training, plus ensuring that the legal aspects are conveyed in an accurate and user-friendly manner.

Tracy's first-hand experience of designing and delivering training enables her to work directly with clients to identify the most practical solution to their internal employment law training needs.
