Richard is a Senior Associate in our corporate practice. He specialises in corporate finance matters.

Richard's recent experience includes advising public and private sector clients on a wide variety of corporate finance matters, including investments, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring and MBO's. He regularly advises clients in connection with cross border transactions and also acts for public sector organisations.

Richard has also written a number of articles for the local press on general corporate law matters.
