• acting for Bank of Scotland plc in connection with a £16m loan to Tai Cartrefi Cyf 
• acting for Lloyds TSB plc in connection with a £75m loan to Newlon Housing Trust 
• acting for Anchor Trust in connection with a £120m refinancing 
• acting for Places for People Homes Limited in connection with a £25m loan from AIB Group UK plc

Fraser is a regular speaker on housing association issues and also advises registered social landlords.
