Stephen is a section manager in our financial services and dispute resolution group specialising in debt recovery.

Stephen and the debt recovery team provide a full debt recovery service which includes pre-litigation, litigation and insolvency services. The team specialise in bulk instructions for  the financial services, insurance and utility sectors and are currently assisting  a number of the major UK banking, insurance and utility companies with their debt recovery requirements.

Steve's recent experiences includes:

setting up a client service team handling bulk recoveries and litigation processing for a major UK banking organisation.

implemented a bulk processing service for one of the largest UK water companies to process and obtain final charging orders against defaulting customers.

implemented a bulk process service for a large UK banking organisation defending their high volume of Bank Charge reclaims.
