Lindsey is a Senior Legal Manager in our Financial Services Dispute Resolution Group. She currently specialises in contested mortgage repossession matters but has a wealth of experience in other areas such as professional negligence, defended Consumer Credit Act claims, contractual disputes, enforcing money Judgements and insolvency.

Her experience includes handling numerous contested possession actions in which undue influence / duress / fraud and forgery is alleged by the borrower and claims against HM Land Registry for an indemnity.

Lindsey has also successfully handled substantial professional negligence claims against valuers and solicitors involving multiple borrowers and properties on behalf of Lending Institutions.

Lindsey previously dealt with the test case litigation involving the issue of overriding interests claimed by tenants over mortgage lenders and is currently dealing with numerous matters involving 'Sale and Rent Back' affected by the pending appeal to the Supreme Court in the Litigation involving North East Property Buyers.
