Catherine is a principal associate in our banking and finance group. Her practice focuses on leveraged finance, acquisition finance and general corporate debt. She advises on all aspects of these transactions, acting for both lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors. Her recent experience includes: acting for a construction and consulting business on their first traditional £60,000,000 financing across 6 jurisdictions, acting for a private equity house on the asset based lending financing of a food business; acting for a club of lenders on a £150,000,000 revolving credit facility to a professional services borrower and acting for a IT solutions business on the financing of a minority investment by a private equity sponsor.
