Georgina is an Associate solicitor in our Human Resources Practice group in Cardiff, specialising in all aspects of Employment law.

Georgina has advised on a range of areas including TUPE, redundancy and discrimination, and advises employers in relation to defending tribunal claims. She has experience in reviewing and drafting contracts of employment, settlement agreements, staff policies/handbooks, and advising employers on how to manage long term/persistent absences, and disciplinary and grievance issues.

Georgina is also part of our international team and provides support on international projects and co-ordinates various aspects of the projects including, taking instructions from clients and sourcing international legal counsel to provide advice for that particular jurisdiction.
