Kate is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate practice group and her practice encompasses real estate investment work within the retail, industrial, office and pensions sectors. 

She has extensive experience in acting for institutional clients in connection with acquisitions and disposals, property management work including landlord and tenant matters, development work, corporate support and real estate finance.
Kate has day-to-day management responsibility for the firm's relationship with one of the largest owners of industrial property in the UK, in relation to the property holdings on its industrial estates.

Finally, Kate acts for one of the UK's largest property companies which has over 8,000 properties in a portfolio worth in excess of £2.4bn.
