Miriam is an associate in our construction and engineering team specialising in non-contentious constructions and engineering work on renewable energy projects. Miriam has experience of numerous renewable energy projects including solar, onshore and offshore wind where she has drafted and negotiated key project documents and undertaken due diligence for funders.

Miriam's recent wind experience includes drafting and negotiating O&M and MSA contracts for Statkraft, drafting and negotiating Balance of Plant, TSA and O&M contracts for two sites in Scotland for Element Power and undertaking due diligence for ING on two project financed onshore wind projects.

Miriam has also drafted a Framework Agreement, EPC and O&M Contracts for Severn Trent Water's solar project, advised GenCom on their Framework Agreement, EPC and O&M Contracts for their social housing rooftop solar project with British Gas and undertaken due diligence and provided strategic advice to National Australia Bank on four project financed solar projects.
