Tiffany Neville, Senior Associate Solicitor, Financial Services, Disputes and Investigations Tiffany is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our FSDI practice group. Tiffany handles a broad range of matters for financial institutions. Examples of her recent work include leading a team dealing with significant volumes of litigation arising from payment protection insurance policies, acting for financial institutions in professional negligence actions and obtaining injunctions to restrain presentations of winding up petitions, acting for financial institutions in data privacy, mortgage mis-selling and Consumer Credit Act litigation and advising financial institutions on fraud. Tiffany has also assisted an international Bank in an enforcement investigation and has also assisted with a number of other regulatory investigations. Tiffany spent 4 months on secondment to a clearing bank, within its litigation team, advising the business on a range of disputes, risks and strategic issues. Tiffany is a member of firms Data and Cyber Security and Investigations Team.
