Julia Flattery is a principal associate in our development and regeneration team. She deals with all aspects of commercial and mixed used development, lettings, acquisitions and disposals.

Her current projects include advising a joint venture company in relation to various new mixed use schemes in and around London and the South East.  Julia has advised on all real estate aspects of these schemes including site purchase, pre-let documents and investment disposals.

Julia also advises several large national developer on all their current projects throughout the country.

Julia is also Chair for Women in Property in the West Midlands region.
