Teresa advises on all aspects of employment law, in particular TUPE and outsourcing, corporate restructuring, executive terminations and the new auto-enrolment pension obligations.  She is an experienced Tribunal advocate, regularly advising on complex and high value claims, and has been recognised as a "top class operator" by Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for several years.

Teresa's client base covers a range of sectors including retail, engineering, and transport and logistics.  Her experience includes: obtaining injunctive relief following executive and team departures; successfully defending a group claim worth over £2m for unfair dismissal and protective awards following a TUPE transfer; advising on the application of ITAR in the UK and its overlap with discrimination legislation; advising on the cross-jurisdictional employment issues arising from international acquisitions, and advising various clients on the HR aspects of closing DB pension schemes and preparing for the new auto-enrolment regime.

Teresa is a regular speaker at training events and seminars and has close links with both the Birmingham and Coventry & Warwickshire branches of the CIPD. She is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
