Catherine is a partner in our corporate practice. She has over 20 years’ experience of M&A transactions, acting for a wide variety of clients ranging from owner managed businesses to large multinationals. She is also highly experienced in private equity work, acting for both institutions and management teams. She has a particular expertise in the consumer sector and over the past few years has also gained much experience of transactions in the Water sector, working alongside our Head of Water.
