Martin heads the North American sales team. He specialises in employment and industrial relations law and has wide experience of handling all types of contentious and non-contentious employment work in both the public and private sectors. His particular strengths are in executive severance, change management and industrial relations law.

Martin is co-author of 'Health and Safety: Are You at Risk?' (1993), 'The Maternity Manual' (1994), and 'The Law of Harrassment' (1998).

He speaks frequently on employment law issues and regularly delivers in-house tailored training courses for clients.
