James is an Associate in our Corporate group. He specialises in corporate transactional work including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, group reorganisations and general corporate governance matters.

James’ recent experience includes acting for: UYT Limited on the sale of its business and assets to the Yongtai Group and Nottingham Trent University on its acquisition of Confetti Media.

James has an honours degree in Law from Staffordshire University where he also completed his Legal Practice Course with Distinction.
