I am a Partner in Eversheds’ real estate group and lead our Residential Development team in Birmingham.

I act mainly for national housebuilders on major residential development schemes across the UK, as well as promoters and landowners. My clients include Barberry Developments, Barratt, Land Securities, Miller, Persimmon and Taylor Wimpey.

I have over 15 years of experience in all aspects of residential development, including immediate and strategic land acquisition, regeneration schemes, promotion and development agreements, collaboration agreements, serviced site acquisitions and disposals and corporate acquisitions and disposals.

Some of the projects I have worked on include acting for:

• A consortium of developers comprising Crest, Persimmon and Taylor Wimpey on the purchase of a strategic development site in Horley which will create a new community of 1,510 homes, with a development value in excess of £450m.

• Barratt on the purchase of a 400+ unit former colliery site from the HCA together with a collaboration agreement for a connected town centre regeneration scheme.

• Land Securities on the disposal of serviced housing parcels at the Ebbsfleet Garden City, Kent.

• Persimmon on a 400+ unit collaboration scheme with Bloor Homes in Staffordshire.

• Barberry on the sale of a 250 unit scheme in Droitwich to Redrow.

I am a member of the Home Builders Federation and the Association of Women in Property. I am ranked as “an Associate to Watch” in Chambers and Partners 2015, where I am recognised for my drafting skills and residential development practice and my national house builder client base.
