Kathryn is an Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group and specialises in employment law.

She provides day to day employment advice on both international and UK employment law matters. Kathryn regularly advises clients on employment contracts and policies, business reorganisations, settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, sickness and absence management, TUPE, corporate support due diligence and changing terms and conditions.

A large part of Kathryn's work has an international focus. Kathryn regularly works with US clients who operate in the UK and also manages international advice for a range of global clients. Kathryn’s recent international experience includes; advising on an employer’s rights/ obligations on the transfer of services across 18 jurisdictions and advising on the contractual position of seconded employees in Europe for a FTSE 250 company. Kathryn has also recently advised a key global US retail company on the co-employment risks for multiple outsourcing projects covering 12 jurisdictions across Europe, Asia and South America.
