Jamie is a principal associate in our real estate practice group. He specialises in residential and residential led mixed-use development work, acting mainly for nationally profiled homebuilders, developers and land promoters.

Jamie is experienced in all areas of residential development work including immediate and strategic land acquisition, promotion and development agreements, collaboration and joint venture agreements, serviced site acquisitions and disposals and complex infrastructure agreements.

As well as more traditional residential development projects Jamie has frequently advised on urban regeneration projects involving elements of affordable housing and public sector input. He is also an expert in the most efficient structuring of mixed-use developments.

Jamie has led several major projects for the acquisition of portfolios of residential development related property interests, involving both corporate and asset purchases.
