Gerard is head of the residential developers group. He has specialised in residential development work for over twenty years. He joined Eversheds in 1998 following a 12-year spell with London firm Forsyte Saunders Kerman (with a brief interlude setting up the Legal Department for Charles Church). He has previously been employed in-house within both the Wimpey and Tarmac Groups. He has acted for Bryant, Beazer, Bellway, Berkeley Group, Charles Church, David Wilson, Redrow and Taywood amongst others. Gerard also has substantial experience in dealing with strategic land site assembly, planning agreements and in the role of Consortium solicitor.
