Ross is a senior associate in our National Planning and Infrastructure Consenting Team.

Ross’ experience includes drafting complex infrastructure agreements and advising in relation to all aspects of the planning process including local plans/core strategies, neighbourhood planning, community infrastructure levy, environmental impact assessments, statutory challenges/judicial review, and planning enforcement including prosecutions and injunctions.

Ross has recently drafted and negotiated s106 agreements in relation to a 6000 dwelling urban extension.
