Claire is Senior Associate in our Company Commercial Practice Group specialising in the drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts. Claire joined the Eversheds team in January 2015 after having spent the majority of her career as part of in house legal teams.

Since joining Eversheds Claire has supported on work for a variety of clients on a range of agreements including outsourcing, reseller agreements, Software development projects, software licenses and general IT procurement contracts.

Claire specialises in non-contentious general commercial agreements and has gained valuable experience in IT Services whilst working as part of an in house legal team for a UK IT Supplier for over 2 years.
