Gavin is a principal associate in the pensions team. Chambers UK 2012 praises Gavin for his “excellent technical knowledge” and his ability to reach “the heart of an issue quickly.”

Gavin has recently joined Eversheds and brings a wealth of pensions expertise. He has advised trustees and sponsoring employers of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes as well as public sector clients including local authority, governmental bodies and universities. Gavin advises on the full range of pension issues arising but has a specialism in advising private sector clients on their obligations under public sector outsourcing contracts and advising corporate clients on acquisitions and disposals.

Gavin is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
