Natascha is an associate in our Global Compliance and Crisis Management Team and specialises in corporate criminal defence work and regulatory compliance advice. She has experience in Health and Safety (in particular, work related fatalities and serious injuries), Environment, Water Regulations, Healthcare, Food Safety and Product Liability.

Her most recent experience includes:

Being involved in the accident investigation process and assisting with the management of post-incident actions following workplace fatalities; advising on product safety; providing international packaging and labelling advice to companies to enable them to successfully bring products to market; defending companies prosecuted by the Environment Agency and advising on prosecutions for non-consented effluent discharges under the Water Industry Act.

Natascha has also had experience working on large scale and high profile internal investigations which include; an investigation, conducted at the request of the FCA, by a major financial institution into the mis-selling of financial products and an investigation into claims of extremism within Birmingham.
