Pam is a Principal Associate in our Real Estate Group specialising in real estate finance. Pam acts for a variety of clients including:

• Clearing banks such as Barclays, RBS, HSBC, Lloyds and Santander.
  
• International banks such as Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG and United Overseas Bank.

Pam's recent experience includes:

• Advising a clearing bank on the refinance of a property in Bond Street for a loan of £35,500,000 and a UK property portfolio for a loan of £63,000,00.
  
• Advising Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG in respect of a property portfolio for a loan of £58,500,000.
• Advising a club of banks for a £303m facility.

As well as advising on real estate finance matters, Pam also has advises on all types of real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals and asset management. Pam acts on behalf of and advises Hammerson and Land Securities in respect of existing and the development of new shopping centre investments.
