Richard is a Partner in our finance group. He has experience of a wide range of banking and finance work including real estate finance, acquisition finance, refinancing and restructurings, asset based lending, bilateral and syndicated lending.

Richard also has in-depth experience of acting on cross-border financings for both banks and borrowers.

His recent experience includes acting for a hotel group on its UK expansion, acting for a major lender in respect of its facilities to a household name in the retail sector and acting for an airline in relation to its corporate banking facilities. 

Richard also delivers training to a number of our banking clients.
