Samantha is an associate in our Human Resources group. She specialises in employment law. Her recent experience includes: Drafting of executive service agreements, employee handbooks, policies and procedures; advising on Tribunal claims covering issues such as unfair dismissal, race discrimination and whistleblowing; advising on employee severances including negotiating compromise agreements. Samantha has experience of working on project managing multi jurisdictional projects for non-UK based clients. She also regularly deals with complex TUPE and collective redundancy issues in connection with both business acquisitions and disposals and service provision changes.
