Angellee is an Associate in our Company Commercial Practice Group. She is involved with various aspects of business relations and, in particular, negotiating, drafting and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts, both domestic and international.

Angellee's recent experience includes:

• Assisting with drafting an IT hosting and managed services agreement for a financial institution authorised by the FCA in respect of a deal worth £2.5 million per annum. 
• Assisting with drafting and negotiating a software development agreement between a financial institution authorised by the FCA and an India based firm. 
• Working with the commercial team at one of the UK's largest hospitality business chains to prepare schedules in connection with an agreement for the procurement of point of sale software and systems. 
• Drafted and negotiated 2 high value cash in transit agreements relating to two of the world's largest banks. 
• Drafted various software licences and software as a service agreements. 
• Part of team of 3 lawyers which represented one of the bidders in the tender for the UK smart metering programme. Managed the subcontracting element and drafted and negotiated various heads of terms relating to what would have been high value contracts. 
• Advising on consumer and data protection law - including updating terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Angellee is one of the editors of the technology section of Eversheds' TMT newsletter and is a member of the consumer sector group.
