Mark is an Senior Associate in the Core Commercial Contracts team, specialising in commercial contracts.

Mark has had wide ranging experience in the drafting and negotiation of a variety of agreements including manufacture, supply, services, agency, distribution, warehousing and logistics arrangements outsourcing and transitional agreements for private and public sector on an national and international basis clients.  Mark's key clients including a number of utilities and transport related clients. Mark is also one of the main commercial representatives for Eversheds' REACH team.

Prior to joining Eversheds, Mark worked in-house for two multi-national plc companies, where Mark worked in challenging and commercial lead environments.  Mark has good technical skills and a well developed commercial approach.

Mark's key experience includes:

• Project managing and advising on a number of outsourcing projects including a multi-million pound logistics and warehousing outsourcing project; and
• Advising  with a major water utility and gas and a national electricity infrastructure provider.  Acting as key commercial contact dealing with varied commercial requirements on the regulated and non regulated sides of the business.
