Kevin is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has over 25 years’ experience in handling all aspects of personal injury litigation. Kevin leads the Corporate Claims Disease Team and advises clients facing claims for noise induced hearing loss, asbestos, cancer, HAVS, VWF and RSI.

His recent experience includes:

• advising an internationally renowned retailer on claims arising from the presence of asbestos within their West End store.
• acting for a multinational conglomerate corporation, which consists of many different disparate businesses many of whom have historic exposure to long tail disease claims such as asbestos related diseases and noise induced hearing loss.
• acting for a water company who had acquired historic liabilities following privatisation of their industry.
• co-ordinating all noise induced hearing loss claims for a power tool manufacturer who ceased operations in the UK in 2002. A strategy was implemented to avoid a risk of a floodgate of claims.
