Dominic is a partner in our construction and engineer team. Dominic heads up the Eversheds roads sector and specialises in road and transport infrastructure related projects and disputes. He also undertakes a wide variety of work acting for developers, corporate occupiers, contractors, government bodies, education institutions and materials manufacturers. Dominic has extensive experience of all forms of dispute resolution including arbitration, litigation, adjudication expert determination and mediation.

Dominic acts extensively for the Highways Agency and other regional and national transport bodies, as well as the private sector. Dominic has recently acted on the Dartford Free Flow Crossing project and the current up-grading of the M25.
