Work Department

Paul is the Operations partner for personal injury litigation.

Paul has extensive experience of personal injury litigation and specialises in defending claims against governmental and corporate bodies.  His clients include Royal Mail, National Grid and Tarmac Ltd amongst others.

He understands the need, and has the ability, to strike a balance between the various competing pressures on public and corporate bodies to contain expenditure and protect brand and reputation.

Paul has led the various Business Process Reviews that the team have carried out.  This has both been internal, redesigning and refining the processes with which we deal with clients' claims and external, assisting the clients themselves to refine and improve their own processes.  All of these reviews have resulted in substantial improvements and efficiencies, both for the team internally and for the clients involved.  He is an acknowledged public speaker and trainer.

The Legal 500 independent guide to the legal profession praises Paul's work saying that he '…cuts straight to the heart of issue' in complex and catastrophic claims.
