Zoe is a Senior Associate and team leader for our Corporate Claims team in Ipswich. Zoe has 14 years claims experience acting for large corporate/public bodies and their insurers, defending complex and high value employers' liability and public liability claims. 

Zoe deals with fatal and complex injury claims, stress, bullying/harassment claims, disease, Animals Act, road traffic and HSE prosecutions, as well as a broad range of routine liability claims.

Her recent experience includes:

- A brain injury claim brought by a minor, with significant medical and occupational issues.

- A stress claim for a high level manager, involving sensitive issues and the potential for adverse publicity.

- A construction dispute over flood damage.

She has written articles for Post magazine on a variety of civil litigation and case specific topics. She has also been a contributing editor of Binghams & Berrymans Motor Claims Cases.

Zoe regularly provides training to colleagues and clients on a variety of topics including civil procedure and claims handling.
