Tom Douglas is a partner in our construction and engineering team. He specialises in transactional construction work with a focus on major infrastructure and development projects. Tom’s clients include central and local government, transport authorities, developers, lenders, higher and further education providers, and contractors. Tom has particular experience in advising on complex contracts and frameworks for delivery of major projects, including adopting collaborative methods of working. As an example, Tom is currently advising a major transport authority on the development of a suite of collaborative contracts to deliver long term maintenance services and capital works schemes across the client’s network.
