Sasha is a Senior Associate in the Human Resources Practice Group at Eversheds LLP in Cambridge. She was admitted as solicitor in September 2006 and joined Eversheds in September 2015.

She has a great deal of experience advising organisations operating in a variety of sectors (in particular the retail, technology, education and charity sectors) on a wide range of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious. Prior to returning to private practice in 2010, she spent over 3 years working for a major retailer.

Her experience includes:

• unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims;
• advising on disciplinary and grievance issues;
• advising on performance, conduct and ill-health issues;
• advising on the employment law and HR aspects of corporate, commercial and property transactions including TUPE issues;
• organisational restructures including collective and individual redundancies and outsourcings;
• advising on and drafting restrictive covenants;
• drafting and negotiating employment documentation including service agreements, contracts of employment, HR policies and procedures, secondment and consultancy agreements and staff handbooks.

Sasha has also acted for a number of senior individuals, including advising on and negotiating settlement agreements, and she regularly presents at seminars and provides bespoke training sessions for clients on a variety of employment law topics.
