Olivia is a Principal Associate in our human resources group. She provides advice on both contentious and non-contentions employment matters, acting for a range of clients (many of which operate in highly unionised environments). Olivia has particular expertise in defending employers against complex Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal matters often involving significant allegations of discrimination and whistle-blowing.

Her recent work includes representing an international technology and consulting corporation against a multimillion pound whistleblowing claim and advising a bank in relation to the dismissal of traders for manipulation of LIBOR.

Olivia also has experience of advising on large scale restructuring and redundancies, business re-organisations, outsourcings and executive severances.

Olivia has written articles on a variety of employment law topics, most recently for the Employment Law Journal on the subject of post termination victimisation.
