Anna is an associate in our construction and engineering team. She specialises in non-contentious construction work acting for a wide variety of clients including contractors, property developers, banks, institutional investors, government bodies and clients in the transport sector.

Anna has a broad experience of using JCT and NEC3 forms of contract as well as drafting and negotiating bespoke forms of contract, bonds, parent company guarantees and consultant appointments. She also carries out due diligence exercises for client funders, tenants and purchasers and advises public sector clients on public procurement issues throughout the tender process.

Anna is currently drafting model contracts based on NEC3 for a major transport sector client and is advising a client in the UK cell therapy industry on the development of a large scale manufacturing facility.
