Alice is an Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group. She provides advice on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, for clients from a variety of sectors.

Alice has particular experience in advising on employment law aspects of M&A transactions, whistle-blowing and employment status. As a member of our International Employment Practice Group, Alice also regularly advises on projects with an international focus.

Her recent experience includes advising on a client’s global roll-out of an HR software system and transformation project, preparing a Plc bank’s employment documentation in light of the new FCA/PRA senior managers and certification regimes, and advising on the employment issues of an IPO.

Alice is a regular speaker at public seminars and provides bespoke training events for clients.

Alice speaks conversational Cantonese. She is a member of the Law Society and the Employment Lawyers Association.
