Nathalie is a doubly-qualified lawyer: a solicitor in England and Wales and an "Avocat à la Cour" in Luxembourg. She gained a Masters degree in law from the University of Cambridge in 2003 and a Masters degree in law from the University of Strasbourg in 2002. Prior to joining Eversheds, she trained at Clifford Chance-Luxembourg (2003-2006).

Nathalie advises private and public clients on a broad range of corporate law, charity law, governance and funding issues and international matters affecting higher education institutions, further education and training providers, schools and academies, including acquisitions, mergers, national and international joint ventures and private equity. She has also developed special expertise in health-education joint ventures.
