Natalie is a Senior Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group, specialising in all areas of employment law and HR-related issues. She has a wide range of experience advising clients on contentious and non contentious matters in both the public and private sectors. Specifically, she is experienced in handling complex employment tribunal and employment appeal tribunal litigation, often involving significant whistleblowing and discrimination claims.

Natalie has a particular interest in the financial services sector and she undertook a six month secondment with the in-house legal team at Barclays Bank, Canary Wharf. Whilst on secondment, she managed the majority of Employment Tribunal claims within the Bank's Retail banking division, managed relationships with external legal advisers and provided day to day advice to HR Business Partners and Employee Relations advisors on a broad range of HR-related issues.

Natalie also provides training to clients on a broad range of HR topics including diversity, discipline and grievances, investigations, performance and absence management.
