Elisa is an Associate in the Human Resources Practice Group in the Cambridge, specialising in Employment law and Business Immigration. She acts for a range of clients in various sectors, but has particular experience within the financial services, retail and transport sectors.

She has experience of dealing with employment tribunal disputes, she has dealt with claims for a range of clients (both public and private sector) in respect of a variety of issues such as unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination. Elisa also handles non-contentious employment issues, including drafting contracts of employment and service agreements, reviewing company policies, assisting businesses to navigate through difficult change projects, advising on potential employee liabilities associated with a TUPE transfer, dealing with day to day HR queries and delivering employment law training on a range of employment issues.

Elisa's immigration work involves providing guidance to clients in relation to Tier 2 of the points based system, securing sponsor licences, right to work requirements, prevention of illegal working, business visitors and issues arising from any changes to clients' businesses.
