Charlotte is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Group with experience of acting for a number of leading international and institutional UK investors and developers.

She advises on asset management (both in the office and retail sectors) and on the sale and acquisition of investment property based primarily in and around London, but also increasingly in the regions where advice is required on acquisition, vacant possession strategy and site assembly for development schemes.

Charlotte was seconded to the Land Securities Legal Services Team from March 2014 to January 2015, where she gained greater understanding of how a property investment company operates.

She has been involved in the development of the Model Commercial Lease since early 2014 and recently accepted an invitation to join the committee.
