Toke is an Associate in the Eversheds Commercial team, specialising in data protection law and freedom of information. He regularly provides advice to large multinational corporations in relation to their privacy practices. He is experienced in drafting and/or reviewing privacy policies and notices, contractual privacy provisions and assisting with global compliance projects. 

Toke also has more than two years' experience as a corporate solicitor (acting on mergers, acquisitions, public takeovers and IPOs) so has a strong insight into the business needs of clients and is well equipped to advise on the privacy aspects of corporate transactions.

He is involved in our Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) and Diversified Industrials (with a particular focus in Aerospace and Defence, having been seconded to BAE Systems for 6 months in 2014) sector groups.
