Richard is a partner in our corporate practice group which he joined in 2012, having previously been a partner at Hogan Lovells. Richard has extensive experience in corporate work, including acquisitions, disposals, public company takeovers, demergers, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
He has worked on a very broad range of transactions, particularly in the life sciences, financial services, industrial, automotive and retail sectors. Richard has typically been involved in both leading and managing complex UK and international transactions. Richard's clients have included Wärtsilä Corporation; Merck Sharp & Dohme; LV=; Schering-Plough; Swiss Re and Ford.
He is regarded by PLC Which Lawyer? 2011 as a leading corporate lawyer for life sciences transactions and recommended for high end M&A.
