Hannah is an associate in the London tax team. She undertakes a broad range of tax work, including dealing with the tax aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, and advising on real estate investment structures.

Hannah’s recent experience includes advising an insurance business on UK tax residency issues; advising a property investor/developer on a corporate structure for a residential development; assisting with the establishment of an international holding structure for a trading business across several jurisdictions; generally, advising on direct taxes, SDLT and VAT for a range of real estate acquisitions, disposals and development finance arrangements.
