Sean is an associate in our London Real Estate team specialising in investment real estate and real estate development, acting primarily for institutional investors, developers and high-net-worth individuals.

Sean co-ordinates the asset management of many large London properties comprising a mixture of offices, shopping centres and large industrial units located by airports. His recent work has also included:

• assisting with the £170m sale of a large business park at Heathrow;
• property amalgamation for funds into the first UK Authorised Contractual Scheme;
• the acquisition of a £215m loan portfolio with security over 25 national and international real estate assets; and
• producing development constraint reports for institutional investors.

Sean has also gained valuable experience in-house by completing a six month secondment at Lend Lease assisting with large scale real estate and construction development work.
