Iris Admiraal is an associate in our banking group. She specialises in project finance, including energy and infrastructure transactions.

She has experience acting on complex cross-border transactions where she advises borrowers, lenders and sponsors, including governments and multilateral/development finance institutions.

Her recent experience includes: advising a development finance institution in respect of a complex default situation and potential restructuring of the financing of an infrastructure project in West Africa; and advising a developer and sponsor in relation to various financings throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.

Iris has recent experience working on project finance transactions across a range of jurisdictions, including: Ghana, Cape Verde, Zimbabwe, Senegal, Uganda and Tanzania.
